How long will parcels be stored at the Store or CollectCo center?
Parcels will be stored for up to 7 calendar days upon delivery to the center. You may collect your parcel within this 7 days. If you are not able to collect within given time period, kindly contact email@example.com for rearrangement.
How will I know my parcel has arrived at the Store or CollectCo center?
When your parcel has arrived at the CollectCo center, you will receive an SMS and email with a 4-digit verification code.
How do I collect my parcel?
You need the 4-digit verification code and your tracking number to collect your parcel from the center. Simply show the SMS or email to the storekeeper and storekeeper will process your parcel for collection.
What if I did not receive an SMS/email notification but my parcel has arrived according to tracking status?
If you did not receive an SMS/email, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org for follow up action.
How do I track my parcel?
You need your tracking number to track your parcel. You may do so at https://track.collectco.my
What time can I collect my parcel?
You may collect your parcel during the center’s opening hours.
Can I change my collection center after order confirmed?

Who do I look for in the collection center to pick up my parcel?
You may ask for CollectCo over the counter at the cashier to pick up or drop off parcels. For pharmacies, the CollectCo designated counter is at the pharmacist counter.

How do I return my parcel?
You can return parcels to CollectCo partner merchants through here. Follow the instructions in the page and drop it off at any of our collection centers.
How should I pack my parcel?
Please ensure that your parcels use good strong packaging, wrap your item well and seal the box well. Ensure that the label on the parcel is visible for the collection centre to scan.
What should I do at the CollectCo center?
You may ask for CollectCo over the counter at the cashier to drop off your parcel(s). You will then receive an email notification acting as your proof of drop off.
